10-11-18

I apologize for the videos being a mess.  I'm not sure what exactly went wrong there and why they wouldn't upload onto YouTube from my phone.  Hopefully today I won't have that issue.

Wednesday 10.10
*Film the following
A. GHD Sorensen hold ALAP

I think I was about at 1:43 when my hamstrings finally got really tired.  I think I might have had my upper body too high for some of the time.  Hard to tell without looking in mirror.

B. Seiza Sit
*From a 45 degree angle, Ensure that your heels are touching and sit down as deep as you can maintaining that position. Do not let your heels come a part

I think I did this properly, but it was pretty painful in my calves, ankles and knees.  Didn't really want to hold it longer than I did in the video for demo purposes.

C. Bare food caveman squat
*Squat as low as you can barefoot, film from the side

On Video, squatting is not super easy for me.

D. Kossack squats holding light KB in goblet position

This is pretty tough when I have to bend my right knee.  Bending the left knee went pretty well.

E. Hawaiian Squat; go as deep as you on both legs

Can't go very deep.  Definitely more stable on right leg than left.

F. In-Line Lunge
*Imagine feet being on a tight rope. Show me both legs

Lunging is pretty difficult for me, especially when it is my right leg extending behind me.  Getting my knee to bend and to put my weight on it is definitely not a very fluid motion.

G. Lateral CrossOver step, no weight

I didn't feel like these were too difficult.  Definitely easier to step up on left leg than on right.
H. Lying face up straight leg raise film from the side

Didn't have any issue with these.

I. 10 Russian KBS @ 35#

No issue, pretty easy for me.

J. Max Strict Pull Ups. Film from behind you

I just filmed this without doing any warmup reps as I usually lose my strength doing pullups quickly, so I knew this would be my best effort.

K. Back Squat to a tough single for the day - 125#, things tend to go downhill pretty quickly above this weight in terms of being able to hit anywhere close to depth and not collapsing through my upper body.
